About Laura

Laura is a chef, recipe writer and food stylist. She is passionate about whole-food, seasonal and organic ingredients.

Her latest book LIMITED EDITION COOKERY will be available from 18th September 2013.
This book is limited to 1000 copies, each is hand finished like a unique art piece. Filled with lovely recipes photographed by freelance photographer Michael Bradley on behalf of the SUNDAY STAR TIMES.

Laura writes a weekly column for THE SUNDAY STAR TIMES, contributes regularly to New Worlds REAL Magazine, and appeared regularly on TVNZ's Good Morning Show.

She has worked on many other cookery books for large corporations and charities. Laura is a member of the New Zealand Guild of Food Writers.
